Interesting program covering born-again Christians in America, the self-proclaimed “moral majority”.

There’s the fair share of self righteous wackos, but they also interview some slightly more sober headed believers.

Reflections on the study that Born Again Christians have smaller brains than the un-born:

Born Again Minds:

When a person claims to be “Born Again”, they do so only to gain the acceptance and approval of men. True faith is born out of awareness, the expansion of the mind beyond the confines of religious discrimination. Born again Christians have a very limited and narrow view of reality. A definitive “us” and “them” mentality. They actually believe themselves to be superior to other people and religions, and in rendering such judgment, they demonstrate that they have smaller minds. It seems that increasing awareness increases brain size; narrow-minded extremist views will reduce brain size. Didn’t Christ warn us about judging?

“Born Again”, is just a phrase used to gain access to the club. If the spirit of God is truly with you, it will only be known by acts of unconditional love and charity. Those who boast that they’re “born again”, are not, those who are living in the Spirit know better than to boast about it. Their minds, their brains and their souls have expanded, matured beyond the prejudice.
